Leasehold Motels:

You buy the plant, equipment and goodwill to operate the business, paying rent to the investment owner in accordance with the terms of the lease.

Investment Motels:

A passive investment where you buy the land and buildings receiving the right to receive rent from the lessee in accordance with the lease.

Formatting Freehold Motels:

This is a specialised procedure where we select a freehold motel and divide it into two components “Leasehold Motel and an Investment Motel” Only certain motels can be separated this way and requires considerable expertise.
